Invitations DIY

Whoaa... It's been a while.  ;-p. Since I became too busy at work I've miiiisssseeed a couple of months again jotting down my entries.

I was rummaging on my cd box looking for a specific file, and testing all of the CD when I came across all of this simple invitations I made on different occasions for friends. Then Ive got the idea of uploading it... This one's been sitting as a draft and I decided it's time to finish and upload it.

It's great when you can do things--create stuff  etc. and It's also fun since while you're working on that stuff, you continuously learn. To be specific, creating stuff by the use of computer and some software allows you to learn the do's and dont's, and what to do when working on it. I'm glad I've gotten hooked with learning how to do crafts, and photo editing and the likes... I was able to make my own invitations and edit some photos--for fun, learning purposes and also for favors..and charity lolz. ( I do most of the invitations for free since they are for family, relatives and friends).

Ooops, before I begin... let me start with this little quote.. " simplicity is beauty"...  and I make simple invitations with TLC. lolz.

I made This Christening invitation for friend's friend. She wanted it simple and  made according to her color theme and style. I just followed instruction about the color and photo collage. I made four sets for choices.

This one's for my workmate.  A 1 year old birthday invitation for her daughter. She wanted it simple and got the designs she wanted. I created 5 for her choices of color and designs she suggested.

This is for a double birthday celebration… The one who asked me to do it wants the 2 birthdays to be in one day.. so that’s it… simple. I had to make two templates to choose from.( only the color of the fonts were changed and a little adjustments).

Uhm, this one’s kind of made me bring out the little ‘artist’ in me. I’ve learned to make a little make over since the birthday celebrator no longer wants to pose with matching make-ups and the likes. That’s why I came up with the before and after—means I had to kind of put a little make up on her through my buddy photoshop. Lolz. Ms. Edna, the mommy of the debutante who asked me to do it  wanted it green or violet—The color choice and design she also picked up for invitation and tarpaulin. Not bad eh?

This was my niece’s wedding invitation. Too bad, I kind of lost the final invitation. These are the choices—one of it became a part of the page of the wedding invitation.

Ms. Edna, my work friend wanted a little surprise for her father’s 70th birthday.. So I made a number of invitation for her choices.

Oh, this is my late Nanay’s 75th birthday invitation. I browsed on the net and I kind of like the sample design so I made one for my nanay dear.--of course with different color and little design alteration to choose from.

and........This one’s a birthday banner and at the same time invitation for my Sister’s beloved dog Tody and bestfriend Gilbert's first birthday!
