Work gets you really stressed at times, specially when you're new, or not yet familiar with how your work works .. the this and that ..meeting with the "bossy boss" ( hmmn), seeing the same cluttered area and piled up paperworks, -- and when you're used with all that, you will have to deal with all types of stress at work. We need some fresh air somehow.
But then, all of your stress will not be a big deal when you have a work atmosphere like mine.Or if you see greens that will relax your nerves for a couple of minutes. Since I just finished some of the tasks, and it's "coffee break", I get to rest a little while, and sneaked up to take a shot at some greens--also flowers outside work. It's just a minute of walk and the lot where those precious green lays is adjacent to our building. It's great to see a nice view esp. green ones when you're at the city. It lessens all negative aura you get from working nonstop.
