Tinolang Manok ( Ilokano version)

The "Kitchen Master" at home doesn't feel like moving around the kitchen, and because of my insistence, found myself  at the kitchen-- again  ( after a few month/s--lol)and in charge of the menu for the day (yeah).
This recipe is the tinola of ilokanos.

 Ingredients:
1 kilo Chicken (cut into preferred size)
1/4 Gizzard ( cut into serving size)
1/4 Chicken feet
half ginger (crushed or chopped)
Fish sauce
1 whole Papaya ( cut into serving size)
3 cups malunggay(moringa leaves)
5 cups water

Instructions:.
1) Boil water with the ginger and let boil for 10  minutes.
2) Add the Fish sauce. Taste.
3) Add the gizzards and chicken feet,let boil and simmer  for 30 minutes  or until gizzards becomes tender.
4) Add the chicken until it becomes tender.
5) Add the papaya and malungay leaves, let it boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
6)Add seasonings to taste if desired.
7) Serve with steamed rice. Share and enjoy!
